Apt# ONE-FOUR-TWO - with Lift - High Speed Wifi - Smart TV

Everything. I wanted a room in south of Delhi and this was the best experience 🙏 The rooms are comfortable, stylish, well equipped, very clean and mine was peaceful, no noise, which is very difficult to find in Delhi. I loved the Coffee shop and breakfast, located at the first floor. My favourite choice ❤️

Well maintained small apartment featuring a small kitchen. The small apartments are absolutely protected from the street noise or other inconveniences. On the first floor now featuring a coffee place which also serves small food items.

Late check-in at 2:30am possible (we arrived 0:45 at the airport), filtered water available, hot water in the shower, very clean and quite building despite the cafe in the same building

Dogs were barking often outside at night

Our best accommodation during the entire India trip. Unlike in other places, everything was clean, working, functional. The staff was super helpful, with very good command of English. Great location, spacious room, lift and delicious coffee served in a cafe at the hotel. Strongly recommend!

An enjoyable stay in this South Delhi property. We had a two-bedroom option (comprised of two adjoining one-bedroom apartments). It was appreciated that parking was reserved right outside and a washing machine installed on the balcony. All the staff were delightful and there is an excellent cafe on the premises.

Our studio apartment was modern and clean and the owners kindly allowed us to check in a couple of hours early after our arrival in Delhi. The bed was a large double, very firm but still comfortable and, combined with the quiet neighbourhood, we slept very well. Although we didn't use them there was a basic selection of cooking equipment including toaster, microwave oven, hotplate, utensils and crockery. Air conditioning was very effective and controllable and the bathroom had a good hot shower. WiFi was very fast and reliable and there was a large, wall-mounted wide screen TV. On the 1st floor there is a coffee shop selling very good coffee at a very reasonable price. The location was convenient but far enough away from the madness to relax and I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment.

The rear balcony could only really be used to hang out clothes on the washing line.

Very clean, good facilities in each room, WiFi was great and the coffee shop on the first floor is exceptional!

The mattress was a little firm for me - but wasn't uncomfortable at all.
