Baglio Colonna - Nature Noble Boutique

Das Objekt als solches hat einen gewissen Charme. Ein altes Gutshaus, dass inzwischen in Apartments umgebaut wurde/wird. Unser Apartment war sehr ansprechend und alles sehr wertig gemacht. Aus dem Gebäude kann mal eine tolle Anlage werden.

Die Anfahrt war schwierig, da die Adresse bei Booking.com falsch war. An der Straße dann kein Hinweisschild. Zumindest gab es Fotos und Video vom Makler. Die Zufahrt zum Haus - wir sind öfter mal leicht aufgesessen und die Tordurchfahrt ist nur was für Kleinwagen. Dass die Lage etwas abseits ist und wir uns selbst versorgen müssen, war uns bei der Buchung klar. Leider hat die Ausstattung mit Geschirr gerade für eine Mahlzeit gereicht. Die Kochecke war zum Kochen nicht zu gebrauchen - keine Arbeitsfläche, wenig Utensilien, direkt unterhalb der Treppe zum oberen Wohnbereich (Staub von oben, wenn jemand die Treppe benutzt). Die Außenterrasse war an sich schön, aber wer trägt schon gern alles über zwei steile, schmale Treppen nach oben? Wie schon gesagt - die Anlage befindet sich noch in der Renovierung. Das zeigt sich leider an dem Bauschutt, der überall rumlag. Also am besten nicht von der Terrasse nach unten schauen.

Il Baglio Colonna è situato fuori dai centri abitati, in una zona da dove è possibile raggiungere facilmente molti siti interessanti nella parte ovest dell'isola ed è adatto a chi ama la tranquillità; è però fondamentale disporre di un mezzo proprio per muoversi. L'appartamento è ristrutturato di recente e dotato di tutto il necessario: biancheria da letto e da bagno, prodotti per l'igiene personale, phon, ecc; sono a disposizione anche un ombrellone e due sedie sdraio. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da Federico (gentilissimo) che ci ha offerto della frutta ed è sempre stato disponibile all'occorrenza. Se un giorno torneremo in Sicilia valuteremo di soggiornare di nuovo al Baglio Colonna.

The communication with the owner was excellent. She gave up her Easter-day time to check us earlier than agreed. She responded to our "needs" straight away. She has waited for us with cofees and water. After a long journey it was very welcome! She is great. The house has every thing and beyond you would have expected..even cling film..spotless clean & secure. Very peacefull place. Coffees on the roof terace is wonderful - with the view of the mountains and sea and the sounds of the birds! For us, traveling by car, was everything we expected. The place is out outside the city, therefore a car is mandatory! Restaurant1s and shops reachable by car.
