"Needed some fundamental fixing"

The size of the apartment

There was a broken window, the balcony was dangerous we contacted the host who ignored us when we had the concerns. The apartment is directly above the nightlife so hard to sleep even though there is a request to be quiet after 10 which we were happy with but pointless considering the location. There was a strong small of sewage in the apartment.
