The loft had everything we needed. The bath tub was lovely. The children loved the bunny rabbits and other animals.

"No respect for bookings"

We arrived and the accommodation was full of family. The owner told us a long story that made no sense that the booking showed on booking.com a day before. This was a lie. Including phoning a day before but not leaving any messages. This was booked month's ago. We were then booked in a friend's accommodation that was unacceptable. The attitude of the owner was also arrogant.. I want a full refund please.
