Clean, well equipped loft studio, good location

Attention! It's announced as with parking, but when I got there I called the owner to ask how to open the gate but he refused to give me access to the parking because "My stay is only for 1 night, and I should park on the street and it's only 3 RON/hour"!! After I choose this place based on having parking included! What does it matter if I stay 1 night!!
