After seeing how affected and how cold got my daughter, i did not care about anything else.

It was freezing cold in the room, 18,7 degree. My daughter is now at home, with medicine treatment because she got really cold, spending the night in such low temperature+ the next day. The owner , after loosing one day with all sorts of discussions and a lot of "effort" finally managed to turn the temperature in the central heating maschine. All the apologies were useless for me. Because i wrote to her before , after seeing all the comment that she did the same thing to other person. I have asked 22 degrees, not sauna.

The toilet bowl is cramped by the sink table, using the toilet can be difficult if you are over 180 cm
