Nothing good to say

The staff provided inaccurate information on the accommodation and expected the client to pay more to resolve this. Specifically bedding and towels. No where in the description on booking does it say you have to bring your own bedding. It wasn't until after making the nonrefundable reservation did we learn this. Also, the description says pets are free, but you will also be notified after making reservations that they cost money.
