todo fue genial , el anfitrión es una persona super amable que te ayuda en lo que necesites . si quieren una estancia en Florencia comoda se los recomiendo ademas tienen el metro al frente super fácil de usar .

Für einen Florenz-Besuch ideale Lage - 20 Minuten Bahnfahrt, 1,70€ und man ist im Zentrum... Sehr schöne Wohnung (3. Etage mit Fahrstuhl) - dicht am Slogan 'home sweet home' wirklich komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht und sehr liebevoll. Ausreichend Platz, Holzbügel (!), gute Verdunklung, sehr dichte und geräuschgedämmte Fenster, wertige Vorhänge, Staubsauger etc. Linie T1 direkt vor der Tür - nach 11 Haltestellen ist man mitten in der Altstadt. Nette Vorstadt-Atmosphäre in Scanducci, gute Anbindung zur Autobahn, öffentlicher Parkplatz 150m entfernt (abends aber oft gut gefüllt). Wohnhaus sehr sauber, freundliche Bewohner, viedeoüberwacht, sehr gut gesicherte Zugangstür. Nach kurzer Zeit fühlt man sich als Hausbewohner ;-)

Der gesamte Kontakt (auch zum ersten Zugang) läuft nur über WhatsApp - freundlich, aber natürlich unpersönlich. Durch fehlendes Netz (sicher eine Ausnahme) lange Wartezeit vor der Haustür bei Ankunft. Das Bett ist sehr niedrig, für alte Menschen nur bedingt geeignet. Alle Anleitungen in der Wohnung zwar gut gemacht, aber nur in italienisch mit dem Hinweis, dass mit Google übersetzt werden kann. Wer nicht gern mit dem Handy umgeht, könnte Probleme bekommen.

Le tram devant la porte. Le parking pas loin. L'ascenseur. Une grande pièce lumineuse. Une salle de bain confortable. Une belle télévision.

Quelques manques de matériels de cuisine, notamment, une bouilloire, le produit pour le lave vaisselle et la lessive pour le lave linge... Le fait de ne voir personne est assez impersonnel, même si les propriétaires sont très réactifs et les instructions claires.
