Very clean and comfortable accommodation, lovely welcome from Dagmar and a bottle of wine and chocolates was a lovely touch. Special locked storage for bikes was very welcome. Easy access to the property and plenty of parking. Dagmar was so helpful with knowledge about the area and parking in Maastricht .

Would have liked a microwave in the kitchen, but that wouldn't stop us staying again.

The house's location is ideal. Maastricht city center is less than 15 minutes away by car. The apartment was sufficiently spacious, very tidy, excellently equipped, and very clean. The hosts' welcome was very warm, making you feel at home from the very first moment. The breakfast was extraordinary with great varieties of food and drinks.

"Heerlijk rustig verblijf met een uitstekend, overvloedig ontbijt."

Rustige ligging. Grote tuin. Afgesloten fietsenstalling. Maar vooral het ontbijt was uitstekend en ruim voldoende! Verder waren de bedden opgemaakt, waren er voldoende handdoeken etc en was het sanitair fris en schoon. Goed uitgeruste keuken, inclusief benodigdheden om te koken, zoals olijfolie, peper, zout, kruiden etc. Gratis wifi. Chocola en een fles wijn bij het welkom. Heerlijke omgeving om te fietsen, te wandelen en Valkenburg & Maastricht te verkennen. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Dat zou spijkers op laag water zoeken zijn, want het was een heerlijk verblijf. Kortom, n.v.t.

"Weekendje weg met vrienden"

We werden warm welkom geheten door een zeer fijne host die leuk inspeelde op een voedsel verzoek. Gezellig, schoon huisje met alles erop en aanwezig, incl parking. We waren met vrienden en konden iets verderop onder een overdekt terras competief spelletjes spelen, zonder dat anderen last van ons hadden. 🤣 Ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker, aan alles was gedacht.

"Sfeervolle, goed ingerichte en nette B&B"

De Oude Koeienstal is een sfeervolle en goed ingerichte B&B in het mooie dorp Schimmert en ligt dicht bij zowel Maastricht als bij Valkenburg. Het was erg fijn om een zeer gastvrije, gezellige en servicegerichte gastvrouw en gastheer te hebben. Dat zorgde voor een ontspannen en aangenaam verblijf. Deze B&B is dus een absolute aanrader!
