MYMYThis my first time in many years giving bad review. They used cheap marketing saying the price is RM109, suddenly when paid, they asked for deposit of RM250 which is way too high that other provider's practise. If not paid, they wont give the room details. On top of that, they said need to pay extra RM20 for parking. I feel so cheated. And you know what, the parking location until the hotel entrance is sooo far. if you bring many luggage, forget it. Back with the deposit, they promised me to be refund within 1 day, now 2-3 days also no refund, and say will be refund in 7-14 working days if only they satisfy. Are you serious?? Holding people money for that long. They're smart to ask me leave a good rate before the refund process. Im going to lodge a report to KPDNKK if not receive it in another day. Oh ya, if you are Malaysian, think twice if u need water to wash after complete you ' poopoo business', there are not water host, u are only provided with tissue. To host, please be more transparent and do not oppress client who support your business.

MYThe views are very nice can look at ICity park right below, the rooms are clean and cozy. It is very convenient, from the stay I can just go down and walk to ICity mall with less than 5 mins. Overall it's a very nice stay and super worth it for a place like this, to me that is perfect. The facilities are well cleaned, great Tvs, everything gives a good quality vibe. Will definitely come again!
