Location was okay,downstairs you can find many shops.

Its not clean. Furniture and appliances was in moderate state, the kitchen utensils was in bad conditions, when my son was looking for spoon and scissors, a cockroach appeared. I don’t mind if it was not up to date furniture, but the hygiene is not acceptable.
