1.Water filter was last serviced in 2020 2.Everywhere spider web 3. Mattress spring can be seen and poke my legs few times 4.washroom very slippery as never wash for sometimes I guess 5.broken fridge 6.lights not working 7. Living hall airborne broken and no cover look ugly 8 master room plug not working 9. 1 water heater not working 10. Sink area full of black things kind of smelly
MYMYThe accessibility, swimming pool, 24 hours shop and food, near to SOGO and a lot of activities can be done at I City.
The air conditioning unit for the living area was broken. The walls were dirty and in need of a fresh coat of paint, giving the impression of neglect. The presence of ants throughout the homestay was a major inconvenience. I would recommend management to prioritize upkeep and cleanliness to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.
