The facilities provided are good. Most importantly, the parking spot is facing the apartment. All the rooms except the middle room have air-condition. There are 3 rooms with 5 beds in total. Two bathrooms with hot showers. The kitchen is well-equiped with a washing machine & microwave. The place is spaceous & clean. The owner is very kind & helpful. The gas ran out and even though it's late, he still sent over a new tank of gas. The internet connections are good. All in all, we have a pleasant stay.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and no lift. So for those with babies, toddlers & old people, it's hard to climb till the 4th floor.
