Property is a little tiered. The kitchen is very cold and the sliding door to the kitchen is extremely hard to close which is needed ti keep the rest of the house warm

Host was very good. Came down at almost midnight to fix the boiler and heating issue of the house. She always made sure to be contactable and overall provided excellent service.

There was a pest problem in one of the bedrooms which was not ideal. But the landlord took precautionary measures for it.
