Lovely Central 1 Bed Apartment Sleeps 2 plus 1

I loved everything. Comfy bed, lovely shower, everything we needed was easy to find. We enjoyed the design of the apartment as well as the interior choices. And such a kind welcome note and gift.

Nothing ~ everything was perfect

Well styled and cosy. Great location. The kitchenette was very well equipped and the washing machine was a great touch.

The shower wasn’t very good and it struggled with 2 people. The bed was slightly uncomfortable and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The wifi was unuseable. Parking lot fills up quickly so unless you arrive before the end of the working day you will probably have to park on the street.

Apartment quirky style. Clean comfy bed. Interesting building. Went to punjab restaurant recommended in house notes was very authentic unusual and tasty! Nice staff. Parking on site. And thanks for letting us use space after checking out for the morning in sheffield.

Not sure which number apartment it was on arrival, but I might have missed it in the emails somewhere? A bit noisy with tumble drier outside but could go out and switch it off. And city noise early. Would have liked some more soap provided.

This is a perfectly good place for a couple of nights in Sheffield, though I wouldn't describe it as central, as it's 30 mins walk (some uphill) or 15 mins bus into the recognised heart of the city. The building is characterful as it's a renovation of a former industrial area, with historical features and there are some worthwhile waterside parts to explore. The flat is quite small, with an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner that's fine for two, and an adequate double room. This is all ok.

There were a few niggles. Firstly, the broadband seemed unreliable, there were no instructions for the TV and couldn't work out how to access the streamed programs via a firestick that said it needed an update, and the large under counter fridge had no freezer compartment. The first of these aspects was unhelpful as I couldn't get 4G either, and the third simply because we couldn't refreeze our ice blocks for an ongoing trip elsewhere. To be fair, the host was responsive in the main, but some aspects had no easy solution. Very lastly, the guidance to access the property could have been easier. It relied heavily on two photos, but there was nothing to mark out the flat recognisably, which wasted time.

Parking is a major problem.

Flat was comfortable, spotless and and had all the items in the needed.

The decor and amenities were lovely, lovely bedding and bed. I liked the welcome card and gifts.

The plug in the bath is difficult to remove. The sign to the apartments said 86 which was confusing. A picture of the courtyard entrance on the booking site would be helpful. Otherwise a lovely place to stay
