Hilltop Place Suites Flat Above 250

The host was very attentive and helpful. The location was great. The flat was spacious, clean and comfortable, and had lots of facilities. A few nice touches from the host, eg bottles of water, biscuits, tea bags.

Only a slight negative... There was a smell , but it may have been from the outside drains. But it wouldn't put me off staying there again.

The host was great, and super friendly. She helped us with our bookings. The keys were in a good location. It was perfect for visiting daughter at university. We will be staying with them in one of their properties next time.

No issues at all. Super helpful. We would use their properties again. The host gave us extra tips such as where to get food and how to get on the internet. The one way system is a bit tricky and parking can be hard but lovely and central.

Perfect location for Tramlines Festival, and easy access into the city centre. Towels, fresh bedding, cleaning products and some dry goods (e.g. teabags, sugar etc) provided. Great communication with staff and easy no contact check in and check out.

The property was clean and tidy. Toilet roll and towels were provided which we had not considered before the trip and it was a welcome surprise. The wifi was good for all devices when we were in. The cupboards held enough items for all the group over the visit. The bathroom was very clean and in perfect working order. The bedrooms were very clean and well presented.

slightly harder to find the entrance to the property. we had to enter at the back of a street and it wasn’t too clear on how to get into the property at first. However Margaret the owner was on hand to call and direct us to the correct door.
