"Lovely flat near Sheffield cathedral"

Lovely flat and nice to be on two levels, the flat was in a great location near the centre of sheffield and was extremely comfortable, was nicely presented and nice to have a little yard outside the back door. The beds were very comfortable and nice to have proper curtains!!

The parking suggested by the host nearby was hard to get in as the door was broken.

Convenient location. Swift return of deposit

The property we stayed in was not the one shown in the listing photographs which I assume are of a different apartment in the same building. This is very misleading and disappointing. The property smelt strongly of stale cigarette smoke and in the kitchen area there was also a strong smell of naphthalene. There was no toaster or grill pan and the oven was too dirty to contemplate using. The non stick coating on the pans was badly scratched and peeling making them unfit for use. No dining table. The sofa is old and the fabric torn. The bedding and towels smelt clean and freshly laundered but didnโ€™t look it and need updating. The lock of the en-suite bathroom is broken and my daughter got locked in, fortunately we were able to free her from the outside. (I have reported this to the cleaner)
