The property had a good size living area. Very spacious and clean. Parking a breeze at NCP

It was a bit too warm but fans were supplied. A few minor maintenance jobs needed to be done. Instructions on cooker would have been useful.

Location was perfect for us as based at Ponds forge

Wardrobe in one bedroom broken so didn't use Burn marks on kitchen side and table Blinds broken in lounge and bedroom - let light in in the morning

We went to see the snooker and we’re 10 minutes walk away. The beds were extremely comfortable. Lots of room, and the Facilities were overall good.

The TV didn’t work, which we reported on day 2 with no reply. The latch on one bedroom door was stuck open, and the other bedroom wardrobe snd window blind didn’t work. There was grime on the cupboard above the cooker, and burns on the worktop. It looked like the radiators have been replaced with smaller ones, leaving old paint visible around the radiators.

Fantastic location and a very clean apartment. We throughly enjoyed our stay

Issues with the blinds in bedrooms. Did not close correctly and let lots of light into the room in the morning.
