Sehr sehr alte Einrichtung, auf dem Balkon überall Spinnweben. Es hat leider sehr muffig gerochen, wie ein altes Gartenhaus. Teller und Tassen gefühlt aus DDR....

Der Golf und Fußballplatz in der Nähe vom Haus.

Das Haus war nicht so sauber, sowie das Geschirr. Uns wurden nicht genug Schlafplätze gegeben, bzw man sollte auf dem Sofa schlafen.

There were not many things to like. The location is OK, but the place hasn't been cleaned in years. It was dusty, there was animal hair through the property and even the cutlery and the dishes were stained on our arrival. The mattresses were very old and of a "soggy" yellowish color. A very unpleasant experience overall.

They charge you for electricity extra. For four nights I end up paying 60€ of additional electricity costs. In my view this is totally unacceptable. How can 4 days amount to 60€ in just electricity? And we were literally just sleeping there since throughout the day we were exploring Bavaria. Reception has limited availability, and in my experience they do not operate during the weekend or holidays.

The property allows Pets that’s goo but after the guest leave I think no cleaning happening as we found pet hair everywhere including cutlery spoons dishes…

we like that it was simple. We didn’t expect too much out of it. and I guess we like the prize because it was one of the cheapest.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we were separated. We wanted to be a one group who would stay together the whole time.

Accommodation is located in a lovely area and a short drive from the local big town of Siegsdorf for all your food etc.

Each property is individual in appearance and contents, so I recommend you ask ahead to ensure your property has an oven, microwave, etc. One of ours didn't, which hindered some of our groups' culinary talents. Additionally, for the taxes, bed linen hire and utilities costs, the reception only accepts cash.
