Rien à changer …. Peut être développer le coin bar pour pouvoir de retrouver le soir sans prendre la voiture!!!

L'emplacement est vraiment au milieu de la nature entouré de montagnes, avec un grand calme apaisant. La vu sur la mer depuis la magnifique piscine.

Un peu surpris par la caution a donné en cash de 150€uros. Nous n'avions surement pas bien lu cette indication. Le chemin est assez difficile d'accès mais seulement pendant 5 minutes en voiture. Attention au GPS qui nous a amené dans un autre chemin encore plus difficile.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit allem was man braucht, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sehr praktisch, Herd (Induktionsherd) ist neuer als auf den Bildern, großer Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage funktioniert super, Bett ist bequem. Poolbereich ist sehr schön mit Bergblick und Meerblick, hatten den fast immer für uns alleine, ist aber in echt etwas kleiner als er auf den Fotos wirkt. Die Gastgeber Andrea und Stefano sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und handeln sofort, wenn etwas gebraucht wird, vielen Dank für alles! Ein Mitwagen ist absolut notwendig, sonst kommt man nicht zur Anlage oder von ihr weg. Supermarkt (Conad) ist 5 min entfernt und hat alles was man braucht, die nächsten Strände sind in 10min zu erreichen, die schönsten Strände (La Berchida und La Cinta) in ca. 20min. Das nächste Örtchen ist La Caletta (10min entfernt), da ist jeden Abend was los mit vielen Restaurants, Ständen und Bars. Der nächste touristischere Ort ist San Teodoro, da sind viele junge Leute und Partys.

Man gelangt nur über eine lange, schmale und kurvige Schotterstraße mit vielen Steinen und Schlaglöchern zur Anlage und muss mit dem Mietwagen sehr aufpassen. Google Maps führt einen außerdem durch einen falschen Weg, der sehr gefährlich ist, also hier genaue Anweisungen einfordern! Man gewöhnt sich aber schnell an den Weg :)

De locatie met het uitzicht en enerzijds de rust en anderzijds kon je zo de drukte en gezelligheid opzoeken (max 15 min rijden). Mooie omgeving. Goed zwembad wat heerlijk was kwa temperatuur. Veel ruimte buiten en ruime kamers. Een wasmachine en vaatwasser is ook heerlijk. Aardige eigenaren, heel vriendelijk en gaven goede tips voor wandelroutes , restaurants etc. De keuken was compleet en schoon inclusief theedoek, vaatdoekje een paar vaatwastabletten en 1 wc rol. We komen er graag nog een keer terug.

De bedden vielen wat tegen (doorgezakt) en het bedbank (bij ons voor een kinderen) is echt niet geschikt voor oudere kinderen laat staan voor volwassenen ( dan rol je tegen elkaar aan en niet comfortabel). Het zou top zijn als de bedden worden vervangen voor de volgende gasten en het comfort. Let op veel wespen buiten en neem deet mee tegen de muggen buiten. Goed om te weten dat de borg contant is (150 euro in ons geval)

Der Pool war schön und die Größe des Appartements war ausreichend.

Die Matratze war eine Katastrophe und das Beistellbett ebenfalls. Total durchgelegen. Hab noch nie so schlecht geschlafen. Ausstattung ist sehr spärlich. Pfanne total verbogen. Terrassenmöbel sehr unbequem und instabil. Hier darf gerne mal investiert werden.

Very nice pool with stunning views on the mountains. Nice rooms, and comfy beds. A few people at the pool was almost certain.

Kitchen should have more equipment. It's sad, that the bar is closed, even some form of self service would be great. And the housekeeper approach for requests could have been with a little bit more excitement. Especially, after the "welcome misunderstanding". Although it was fairly resolved!

Nioleo Appartamenti offers a peaceful and scenic setting with beautiful views of both the mountains and the sea. The apartments are quite comfortable and the staff is responsive to guest requests. However, this year there were some maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience.

Mess around the pool and on the loungers (bird droppings) that were not cleaned up for the entire week. No personal interaction with the staff. Impressions of the stay were slightly lower this year compared to previous years.

Although we stayed in a one-room apartment, we had a nice kitchen area and a big bathroom. Also the porch was nice. The pool overlooked the mountains with beautiful landscape.

The way to the location is 1km of dirt road, but easily accessible even with a car that is not off-road.
