Location: superb, Staff: very friendly, balcony with very nice view, room very spacy

Mr. Yiannis is the kindest host you can get, makes you feel at home. Great balcony view, comfortable bed and very clean bathroom.

Everything was excellent but hosts, Yannis and Tota were the best ever! They gave us every advice possible on what to do and where to go and even let us pick lemons and peaches from their trees, gave us home made goods 🙏🏼

Everything was perfect

The location, view, interior, bathroom was absolutely lovely. Everything was so clean. The most warmest welcome we have received from the purest soul Yiannis. He made us feel very safe and home. We are definitely coming back.

Good position to the beach and also with two tavernas nearby, one market in touch by car, one more mini market right next to the beach. Nice sea view. Good starting position for the exploration of the north part of the island, but of course not too far from the airport / Zakynthos. Cleaning service on almost daily basis. Good idea is the sunblind that protects from unwanted wind / other persons eyesights.

Some minor things may improve the stay - for example some ball, beach tennis and so on. Also some sunshade umbrella (we bought one cheap and left it in the apartment intentionally, some may find it helpful). But this is only advisory, no major problems occured.

The location is great, also there are great restaurants nearby. The closest beach is 5-7 min away (by foot).

the internet connection isn’t as good as we expected but there is a problem with the signal in the northern part of the island.

Very nice, owner extra friendly. He was always ready to help us. Studio was very nice with very beautiful panorama.

The villa is very nicely located on a hill, providing the type of peace and quet we're always looking for during our vacations. We haven't met our host, Dionisis, but we kept in touch and he provided us with a few dining and beach recommendations. We were greeted by his kind father, who gave us a quick tour of the villa and handed us the key. The villa is pretty well equipped, and we found everything we needed to make coffee, toast, and some porridge, as well as the occasional Greek salad. Someone came daily to take the trash and make the beds, which was a nice touch that we didn't expect. All in all, we had a great time at Villa Mare Studios and I would highly recommend it if like us you're looking for a peaceful place to come back to after a long sunny day at the beach. PS: The sunrise from the terrace is pretty great!
