Well positioned apartment to explore the area around Belluno. Having a launderette was also helpful, even if the drier did not work so well. There was a lot to like, but the poor-quality sofa bed really ruined it for us.

The sofa-bed available in our apartment was especially uncomfortable. The mattress was too soft and the structure was not flat, but had the feet too high, creating a terrible downward bend towards the middle. To make it worse, it also made very loud noises when one turned around at night, inevitably waking the other person up. Even though most other things were great, this is one aspect that should not fail this badly, especially given the prices charged. Another negative is that the apartment does not have AC, so if you are travelling in summer you will need to manage the heat by keeping the windows open at night. Since there are no mosquito nets, we had to buy a plug to handle the mosquitoes. Also, not optimal for the price charged. We were also disappointed with the small size of the towels and that the "toiletries" provided were in amounts fully inadequate for the length of our stay.

The apartment was clean and didn't smell bad. The beds were comfortable.

The ground floor were the reception was smelled like mold. The windows had no mosquito net so it was impossible to air the apartment in the evening without insects gettin in. Also no air conditioning made things uncomfortable. There was no staff to clean the apartment during the 6 nights we stayed there. At the end the property charges "final cleaning", 120 Euros/apartment (it was covered by booking.com). I understand the necessity of recycling but we had to take the garbage and leave it in 2 separate locations on the street. No additional garbage bags were provided. No additional toilet paper, soap and shower gel but the tiny bars that dissolved from the first day.
