Romantic Loft Sottoguda

Great little appartment, perfect for two. We had everything we needed. Also Sottoguda is a perfect little quiet alpine village.. all in all, we had a great stay!

It was clean place with free parking. Nice location.

Heater wasn't working. Water was barely warm. It was very uncomfortable during autumn season.

The area. The mountains are fabulous. Food is great everywhere especially at La Tirolese in Sottoguda.

Unfortunately I cannot rate Romanitc Loft. On our way on the road, we receive a message from host as Romantic Loft is having a heating system incident so we were offered another location. No reason to say no as we were already on our way. No prob. But we receive a wrong address: 24 Via della Pace. We investigate the images and we identify the place on 24 Via Giovanni Pascoli. We message the host, but an autoanswer said it is Sunday, we should send an email to be answered from Monday. At the phone, same. We succeed to find the key and it was fine after all. At checkout being also Sunday we received the same autoanswer, so we left. Now, I do not know what to rate. Romantic Loft? No, we never been there and it would be unfair. The location where we really stay? No, as here is not their page. Should I try again that place? Absolutely not. Not because the location we stayed was bad, but the host was really unhelpful. Almost misleading. What if we didn't find the location?

Heating in the apartment did not work (none of the owners or people who manage the facilty did not bother to check the place for almost 2 days before our arrival - even though they had our exact time of arrival). Took the owners the entire evening to find another solution. So, the first day of our holiday, we were freezing and the day was ruined (Valentines day), as well as the last days because owners turned off the heating in the replacement apartment they gave us evening before we were scheduled to leave (on top of that, on the day we had to leave not only did they turn off the heating, they also turned off the hot water). I do not recommend this place or any place owned and managed by the respective company. They handled the entire problem very poorly and ruined our romantic valentines holiday.
