Good location. If you had a problem they would help.

Radiator in the back room was too hot. Every time I got in or out the shower it burnt me. My grandma wouldn’t have a shower as she was too scared. Room is still cold even with heating. On our first night there was a light outside the window in the bedroom which kept coming on and made it hard to sleep. Bottom apartment you hear a lot of noise especially people coming in and out late at night.

Lovely apartment. Had everything for a stay..Lovely comfortable place . Bed was so comfy. Very clean. Would definitely reccommend and definitely stay again.

Nothing to dislike. Location was good. Only negative was the parking as stated for 2 cars but 1car parked in the middle of the drive. Free parking on the road from 6pm till 11am on the Saturday night

Some really positive aspects of this apartment included; • Central location to town and the promenade • Very comfy bed • Great shower pressure and water temperature • Easy to warm up using radiators from the gas boiler • Big fridge and freezer • Washing machine • Easy entry and secure entry system • Parking (although we didn't use this) • Smart TV • Good for the price and for those looking for something for a short stay • Host was helpful at check in and we appreciated that they helped us out with a special request • It's obvious that the host has listened to previous guests and responded to negative feedback for example there's privacy stickers across the windows and the damp patches have been treated and painted over. There was ample space to hang clothes and plenty of places to store things

This apartment was let down by; • Ridiculously loud neighbours - hosts advice was to "call the police" even though noise pollution from neighbours is not something police generally deal with. The walls were so thin in our apartment (#2) that we could hear every word. We were woken several times around 3am by loud ranting from intoxicated neighbours. We tried hard not to let it ruin our trip, but our holiday was intended to be a peaceful one away from this kind of behaviour and noise, and these occurrences really annoyed us. I had to bang on the wall to get them to shut up • Hob couldn't handle two rings being used at once and was frustrating to work with • Kitchen equipment (frying pans etc) not really suitable to cook meals for two in. The frying pan was cheap, burned, and way too small • Needs a deep clean. It was just about clean enough. Sticky floor • No way to recycle anything at all even though Sefton Council issues a brown recycle-all wheelie bin to every household • Terrible couch. You can't relax on it as there's no back support and it devastated my neck and back arthritis. Cuddling up to a movie was out of the question

Its value for money plenty to do there every thing was in room that you needed nice and cosy and warm

Perfect location, hosts were easy to contact, getting into the apartment was very easy :) it literally had everything we needed and was a perfect weekend away!! Literally all the little touches you could think of and a large spacious apartment :)

Just the boiler in the bedroom seemed to kick in every 15-20 mins and it’s quite loud that’s the only negative about they stay or I would’ve given it a 10

A bit dirty and run down. Needs some maintenance and care spending on it. Would not use again.
