"Quiet, comfortable, convenient."

The roof terrace was a great advantage. The weather was fine so I could use it for a good while - though the seagulls did make their presence felt!

The sofa was a bit saggy in places, but uncomfortably so.

"A fabulous short break in our favourite place in Suffolk."

This little flat is in the perfect location right in the heart of Southwold. Exactly as promised with accurate pictures. Even with building work going on we were not disturbed.

"Good location"

Windows filthy, balcony quite dirty, and the electric kettle desperately needed de-scaling. Overall, in our opinion, these issues let the property down. Location excellent.
