Loved the entire property and our newer room. Incredible view and loved the location for an easy walk down to the beach and lidos and up the stairs to the old town

Потрясающее место, очень красивая, ухоженная и продуманная территория, бассейн и зона отдыха вокруг него очень приятные и уединенные, номер небольшой но хорошо организованный и чистый. У нас было все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Julio был очень любезен и приветлив, предлагая помощь с парковкой машины. Очень удобно, что в размещение входит свое место на пляже, прогулка до которого очень комфортна, буквально несколько минут. Сам пляж и вход в море очень удобные, мы с удовольствием проводили там время, а вечером за 10-15 минут прогулки можно дойти до всех интересных мест в Сперлонга. Один из немногих апартаментов, куда очень хочется вернуться (а мы побывали очень много где))

Единственное, на что нужно обратить внимание - это уборка дорожек на территории апартаментов от пожухлой листвы и растительного мусора - в лень отъезда я поскользнулась на ней и сильно упала, разбив руку и сильно повредив ногу, Julio помог обработать раны, но травму ноги пришлось лечить еще 1,5 месяца. Этой случайности могло бы не быть, если регулярно подметать дорожки на территории апартаментов .

We stayed here last year and had to come back. It's just perfect for what we're looking for; modern accomodations, perfect location between sea and town, beautiful pool, beach access, parking and never a need to use the car and the most amazing terrace and views. Our family really loved it and we returned with friends this year who are already planning to come back. Thank you to Giulio for being a wonderful host!
