Fantastic property in the centre of the old town. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Apartment located just off the busy strip. Bright and clean with the most incredible views of the sea

The air conditioner unit in one of the main bedrooms wasn’t working properly thru out our stay.

The property and its location made our family holiday a memorable trip. It's even better than what the pictures suggest. Sperlonga is a beautiful charming little town. The beach is the best we've seen in this part of the coast (we come to this area frequently). It's close to Naples and Gaeta, which means every supermarket deli counter offer better food than most restaurants. The property is beautiful, spotless, and tastefully decorated. It felt like a home. The hosts are very accommodating and attentive.

The internet was fast but the wifi reach is very limited in two of the rooms. It's a traditional house with meter-thick walls, so neither the central wifi, nor mobile signal seems to make it through. It would probably be fixed if it had more access points. Parking in Sperlonga can be tricky. The property gives you access to free public parking, but it's up to you to find a spot. Next time we will probably skip the rental car. It's not really needed if you don't move every day. The town has more than enough to do in it for a week of vacationing.

Apartment design, location and sea views

Getting charged 8 eu per night for a crib (that didn't even include crib fitted sheets or cover)

Location was great. Very spacious apartment. Clean. Comfortable beds. AC worked well. Even better than in the pictures!

Nothing. Couldn’t find a cutting board, but pretty sure it would’ve been solved if I asked for it. Very good host.

Amazing location! We come to sperlonga every summer as we have family there. This is the most spacious places I’ve stayed in sperlonga, with the charm of the old town center. The house has been updated and despite the central location, the windows are great at keeping sound out at night. The AC was also a big help! Amazing place to stay with a family or group and we definitely plan to book again.

Everything was great, but I wish that a crib didn’t cost extra. It was the only place I’ve booked on booking or airbnb that charged. That said the place was worth it!
