Springbok Apartments

The big bathroom and the lounge suite was upgraded.

Location was good and easy to find. Rooms were clean.

We booked a room for 4 people and had to split into 2 rooms at the end.

I loved the setting and decorations on the grounds. Much attention is given to detail and interesting little statues are everywhere in the garden. The room is very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely bed.

The apartment was well equipped, clean and has all the necessary quipment (Except for teaspoons)

Booked breakfast for Saturday at 07h00. We were told breakfast was served between 07h00-09h00. When we arrived for the breakfast everything was still closed. At 07h05 I called Lynette to enquire and she said she will get back to me. At 07h15 I heard nothing and as we were attending a sport event at 07h45, we left to find something to eat in town. I was eventually called at 11h20. When we got back late afternoon I confronted the reception guy and he spin me story about the fact that he did not know he had to collect the staff member to make the breakfast. No sorry no nothing. He asked if we wanted breakfast on Sunday - I said we will if it is available. Later another staff member expalined that I need to confirm that we will attend breakfast so that they know whether to collect the staff member. I said that if they can not ensure that there will be breakfast I will not be attending.

It is very homely.

I did not eat the complementary rusk, because they weren't wrapped in plastic. There was no means of knowing how fresh it was.
