The property was clean

The check in process took us 1.5 hours to get in . Check in code was wrong , the fob for the car was in the flat , couldn’t get into the building , really frustrating. The flat was too hot .

it was perfect really everything we needed

well it was 10 days ago we left and still no sign of my £500 deposit, I’ve contacted them and they said I’d get it when the property had been checked and we’ve left 🙈🙈
