Apartment 3 Broadhurst Court sleeps 4 minutes from town centre & train

Facilities were good - off street parking a bonus

Fold out bed not very comfortable. Needed a second fan for person sleeping in lounge

Very modern apartment. Very clean well stocked apartment. We were visiting family and friends so central and convenient for us. Great value for money easy checking in and checkout. Quick response from staff.

Comfortable, cosy stay, great communication and accommodated a late check-out. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to be.

Cobwebs, ineffective spin on washing machine. Had to spin the same load four times. The last time putting in a dry towel, (it was only a half load on max 1400 spin). Nothing that couldn't be easily resolved.

Unfortunately the property was NOT cleaned or cleaned properly before we checked in. There were dust everywhere and on the walls and ceiling hanging down. The toilet had a poo stain inside and was smelling and there was hair on the floor and the bed sheets looked like it wasn’t changed as there was also hair/body hair on the sheets and pillows.

Staff were great, let me check in earky and sorted a boiler issue quickly

Neighbours were a bit noisy
