Excellent location, easy parking, very clean and well presented property, quiet and friendly area, convenient for the U-bahn, comfortable and spacious and all the necessary facilities are in the apartment.

Some Kitchen utensils were missing/unsuitable, there was a small odour problem in the bath drain and a specific bin for general rubbish (not just recycled items) would have been appreciated. It would also be nice to have a decent desk for home working.
