Pure apartments

We were on a road trip across Morocco and stopped at Pure apartments in Taroudant. The apartment was by far the best accommodation we had in Morocco. Beautiful new apartment, and our hostess Veronica was perfect.

The property is a nice fresh 'new build'. The WiFi and TV were good, with an exceptional range of TV channels. We could not find the property, but hosts came out to find us very quickly at a nearby hotel where we called in for directions.

The location is basically still a building site, but will be nice one day. There were a few unresolved building/design snags. The main problem was the lack of consistent hot water - this may be better in the summer when there is more effective solar heating, but in winter the hot water cannot be relied upon. This was actually just because it was switched off to save electricity consumption. It would be preferable to just charge the going rate so that hot water is available at all times. The hot water is shared between the two apartments, so if one uses it first the other misses out. It would perhaps be better if there were two independent tanks. It is necessary to have a car to enjoy this property.

We’ve stayed in literally hundreds of hotels, AirBnB’s and everything in between. in all our decades of traveling we’ve never met more generous and accommodating hosts than Veronica and Khalid. she speaks great English and has traveled the world and he has lived in Taroudant his whole life so you won’t find better resources than these two. Also, the facilities are perfect. Huge windows unlike many stays in Morocco. Fast internet, short walk to the Medina, super comfy beds and linens, custom made sofa all in a brand new apartment. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

The apartment is beautifully appointed, fully equipped, extremely comfortable and our hosts were incredibly kind, helpful and thoughtful. We have never been so warmly welcomed! Veronica unexpectedly brought us a lovely breakfast and showed us around town. Amazing hospitality!

The apartment is new, modern ,stylish, large, spottless and equipped with everything and even more that you would need. The location of the apartment is perfect- it is in a quiet and safe suburb with good parking but still within walking distance to the medina. Besides the beautifull apartment, we appreciated that we met Veronika and Khalid, the hosts. They are a very nice couple, helped us with advices where to go and what to do. We joined Veronika and Khalid for a dinner, tea and the talks about Marocco were very interesting for us since Veronika comming and spending most of her life in Western Europe can compare cultural differencies with an unbiased view. Meeting Veronika and Khalid was our best experience in Marocco during this trip:)

We greatly enjoyed staying at Veronika and Khalid’s stylishly decorated,light-filled apartment. Everything is pristine and new.It was lovely to wake to wide views of the Atlas Mountains. It is in a quiet quarter and just a stone’s throw from the medina. Veronika and Khalid are incredibly kind and generous with their time and went to every length to make our stay memorable- supplying breads, honey and cheeses for breakfast, other treats (let alone on my birthday), collecting us to and from Agadir, taking us to the wonderful Claudio Bravo museum (a must!) and usefully negotiating our purchases in the souks! Taroudant is charming- a far cry from the hectic bustle of tourist dominated towns such as Marrakech and Essaouira and you feel closer to a more authentic daily life.

The place is amazing ultra clean and everything I needed was there. The hosts were just brilliant.
