Omar who works the reception desk was extremely helpful, professional but also friendly. His welcome was amazing. He clearly is an asset speaking different languages.

Omar has been super kind and helpful. The apartment we booked was not available but he offered a good option. Some parts could be cleaner, but beds and linen were clean and fresh. Nice rooftop terrace and just a short walk from the center.

I stayed for 3 nights/4 days. The two people who greeted me were relatives of the owner eho was out of country and were super friendly, I can't stress this enough. However, I had booked this with the expectation of the room including breakfast and after paying was told there would be no breakfast. So I feel my value for money was not as expected. The neighbourhood was quiet and the location is an easy 20 minute walk to the town walls. The room was large and comfortable and the terrace was an extra space to use. I received the wifi password on day 3 and a tea and pastry on my last day. Not applicable to me but there seemed to be lots of parking available. The location is easy to find on Google Maps and there is a sign on the building.

I really struggled with the rating of this property as I feel I was overcharged for what was delivered, especially when I compare what I paid to other places in which I have stayed. There was no warm water, which I have come to realize is not unusual in Morocco so not a big deal for me, but my room key didn't work. It was replaced on day 3 when another person took over. And if I had needed wifi then I would've had an issue until the password was given to me on day 3.

Apartment was good. Walking distance to Taroudannt City Center.

Checkin should be better. He said he quickly makes a copy of our Passports. Finally he was 1,5 hours away with our Passports and we had to wait for him.
