Host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Property is clean and well looked after. Good value for money..

Had to pay city tax twice, once on booking.com and also to property owner - booking.com site needs to be updated to make this accurate as I shouldn't have to pay it twice. Based on the property description I thought there would be aircon in the bedroom. There isn't, but there does appear to be in the living area. It was very hot at night without aircon or fan. Still good value, just a couple of things need to be updated on booking.com to make clearer to potential guests.

Said the owner was really nice, location not to far from the centre - really good stay :)

The room was advertised as a holiday home but it was just a room - but for the price absolutely no complaints - everything was near perfect.

A bit noisy at night but totally worth the price!

Close to the centre.

A mosque right beside the building during Ramadan isn't helping if you want to get your sleep. Very expensive compared to all the other places, where we stayed. And those were much nicer. Not very clean. Bed broke during the night (I am not very heavy🙂)

Very welcoming host, great breakfast. Good location to be with the locals and at the same time not too noisy.

It is a traditional house, two floors with rooms aroud a central lliving room and a roof with terrace and a kitchen. There are at least three bathrooms for guests. Facilities are simply (basic) but clean, comfortable and adequate to price. Breakfest is very tasty, incl. plenty of free tea. House lord Said is also a mountain guide. Hot water in showers with no problem.

Some details could not be smart such as when we ask for using washing machine and a hairdrier (both llisted in the hotels facilities) it was not possible (hairdrier was broken and washing machine needed reparation or a special management to use it). The house is next to a mosque and a muezzine voice is very very alound, especially before the sunrise. The distance from the gare routiere ( 2 kms) could be for somebody a bit long but for us it was not so limited. The inner city ( surrounded by the old fortification) is not far.

The wifi is working good enough to wach hd videos The host was very frendly and also informed me good about the city I could get my breakfast although i woke up 2 hours after the normal breakfast time

Not much… it is not perfectly clean but for the price and for morocco more than ok You have to walk 5 min to the start of the old town
