Well located; can’t fault the value

Couch that serves as a bed for the 3rd/4th person, is filthy. A simple cover change would suffice… IKEA table was also very chipped; costs about 15 euros to change. The great location of the apartment comes at the cost of convenience; it is forbidden for non residents to enter the area so we parked at the recommended parking and walked the 9min to the apartment with our luggage.
