Harbourside Haven - Whangaparāoa Studio Apartment

Location

The apartment was cluttered, no aircon or fan and the side balcony door didn't open so air flow was restricted. No TV remote so we couldn't use the smart tv.

Oven didn’t work. There was no basics like tea bags or coffee. There was no wifi. The inside furniture was uncomfortable & was really outdoor furniture.

Access to eateries. Views. Quite.

Access to the room. At 70yrs old we had to lay on the floor to access the key. The key could not have been in a worst place.

Good location when needing to stay in Gulf Harbour.

Very dusty and no room in any drawer to put our clothes and other items (all drawers and cupboards are packed with stuff). No toiletries (soap and shampoo) and had no time to call the phone number provided. Noisy at night due to restaurant downstairs. Way too expensive.

I didn't stay there as they cancelled..I had no notification it had been cancelled. Not one email. It said no pre payment needed so I mistakenly thought it meant no pre payment needed. Incorrect..so because they couldn't take from my card they cancelled. I found out on the day U was meant to check in as I rang them to confirm checking in. I then had to book something else. I'll try again some other time now that I know the policies. An email telling me it was cancelled would have been good.
