"A wonderful stay in Tegernsee"

We stayed in Ferienwohnungen Rosenhof for 5 nights. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. Jakub is a very friendly host, communication with him beforehand was good and he was there to meet us on our arrival and gave us lots of helpful information. The Ferienwohnung is very comfortable and well equipped, it was very clean with plenty of space. It is located in the centre of Tegernsee, so is very convenient for the lake, train station, buses and local shops. The Braustuberl is a five minute walk away and is a great place to spend the evening.

"40m2 apartment instead of the 75m2 one booked here on booking.com"

The location is great and the host family is otherwise nice.

I had booked a 2 bedroom 75m2 apartment and was given a 1 bedroom 40m2 apartment instead - for the same price. That created stress und disappointement during our entire stay. The host insisted that it's Booking.com fault and not theirs... Since they didn't investigate the real issue (or acknowledged an error), this situation will most probably happen for other travelers in the future.

Wonderful, spacious apartment with an amazing location and easy parking. Only a short walk to the brewery pub and lake. Very friendly owner!
