Beach was a 10 minute walk away, not direct access. Street parking without permit was seemingly available although other cars appeared to have permits.

The host was 30 minutes late to greet us. They did not contact us in advance with check in details, we had to reach out via whats app. Prior to their arrival while we were waiting we noticed the door was wide open to the public unsupervised. We entered to see if anyone was there to greet us. No one was there but we were able to see that two units were open to the public unsupervised which made us concerned about safety and security. Once the host arrived he was very rude and didn't even welcome us. He demanded ID immediately. He gave us a brief tour of the unit and asked if there were any questions. We entered through the reception and then were told we had to use the back entrance. There was no balcony access as was listed in the booking we paid for. Lighting was terrible. The bathroom had broken and dirty fixtures. Additionally there was seemingly exposed wires near the shower. There were two access points for this room, one was a glass door that led directly to the street. The other was a door that led directly to reception and was wide open prior to the arrival of the host. Cleaning supplies were in the room and items were placed haphazardly as if not prepared for our stay. We were only staying here for one night before heading to the airport. Otherwise we would have changed hotels. All of our other bookings through Booking.com fully met our expectations based on the listing and online reviews. Unfortunately this location did not and I would not recommend a stay here.

Host molto cortese e molto disponibile, veloce nella gestione. Camera molto spaziosa, pulita con tutto ciò che possa servire. Bagno spazioso pulito . Nel cuore di Terrasini a due passi da tutto. Adatto sia per clienti Business nonché famiglie ma anche viaggiatori solitari. Consiglio vivamente.

Trovare a disposizione delle piccole cose indispensabile, quando si propone un' angolo cottura, come l'olio, sale ecc. Cosa che mi sembra giusta se dai la possibilità di cucinare e spesso invece mi è capitato di non trovare neanche un goccio d'olio in altri posti.

Hanno dimenticato una bottiglia d'acqua ma, non è stato un problema.

Appartement / Chambre très bien placés en centre ville, spacieux et propres.

- Les appartements sont en RDC, sur la rue, pas d'isolation phonique, même si la rue est plutôt calme - La chambre sentait l'humidité. Le studio sur l'autre rue est plus agréable. - Je préviens la personne 50min avant notre arrivée. Elle me demande de l'appeler quand je suis arrivée donc je pensais qu'elle habitait juste à côté. Et nous avons attendu 15 minutes dans la rue devant la porte qu'elle arrive.
