Nos atendieron muy bien y nos gestionaron la ida y vuelta al aeropuerto. Fue todo un acierto.

Stoelen en tafeltje op balkon waren smerig. Veel dingen zaten los aan de muur. Contactpersoon kon nauwelijks Engels en sprak doorgaans gewoon Italiaans. Hij wilde de sleutel niet komen halen omdat hij nieuwe mensen moest halen voor het appartement. Dit kon niet omdat ik nog een dag had geboekt om te veblijven. De sleutel heb ik maar in de la gelegd en hem een foto ervan gestuurd. Beetje jammer.

Facilities were basic however didn’t expect much more than this. Was adequate for price range. Location was great, close to the beach

Communication with the property owners was difficult. Firstly, I was waiting outside what I thought was the property (just based off of the address and photos from booking.com. I had to end up calling the owner on WhatsApp, got hung up on the first time due to probably language barrier. I had messaged on booking.com the day before informing of my arrival time in hopes this would assist with my check in process,however based on previous reviews this seems a common occurrence. I wasn’t waiting too long, probably only ~30minutes, but can be a stressful experience considering the service was also cutting in and out for me in this location and was quite hot.) I then required to be at the airport for an early 6:30am flight. They advertise airport transfer on their booking which is actually the only reason as to why I booked this place. I then asked twice over booking.com if they are able to accommodate this, once in English and once in Italian to assist with an understandable language barrier. Both times these said yes they are able to facilitate an airport transfer at the time I was asking. I then asked once in person when checking in that this airport transfer was confirmed, they said yes. Come the morning of, I am left standing alone at 4am, the time I thought we had discussed and confirmed. I messaged on booking.com (which to no surprise got no reply as it was hard to communicate with them during the day time anyway), tried calling on WhatsApp, no answer. I was disappointed with this as I believed I had confirmed something and then was left to my own devices. I then messaged the owner to say I had left the key where it was when I checked in and got no reply since checking out. No apology for the miscommunication ect. I of course understand that there were language barriers however would have appreciated if they didn’t understand to just say no, they don’t offer transfers.
