Aptos con piscina El Flamboyán 1

Quiet location. Wonderful host, spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped

The apartment was well cared for and very clean. Nice suntraps where you can lay next to the pool. Well stocked pantry and kitchen so we could actually cook some simple dishes. Ross and Victor were very kind and gracious.

We were not aware that we were to share the pool area with another apartment. The two small apartments are right next to each other, sharing a wall. We were lucky with our neighbor as we barely heard them and they were gone most of the day. Our stay could however have turned out very differently if the next door neighbor were louder or if we had to share the small pool area with another couple. There was no wifi signal in the bedroom or bathroom, only in the living room. Cell phone signal and mobile data was also very weak in the bedroom and bathroom. We could barely read online newspaper or receive emails. This might not be a big deal to some people but it became a big annoyance for us (working people in their mid 30s who likes to stay up to date an connected) The apartment was very small. The bathroom had no proper ventilation (except from opening a small window) and towels and even toilet roll were damp and moist all the time. I'm not saying it's not a good place for other people but we wouldn't stay there again.

The cleanliness of the accomodation and the pool. Also the hosts were so attentive and friendly, nothing was too much bother.

We enjoyed our stay at El Flamboyan very much. We had all what we needed. It's a quiet place, close to wonders of the North part and centre of the island. Ross is great host, friendly and always helpful. Kitchen is very well equipped even with free coffee, tea, salt, oil and some other basics for cooking. We were welcomed with a bottle of organic white wine. The swimming pool was great to use in the morning or evening after our trips and we had it just for ourselves. There is a local restaurant with delicious authentic food a short walk distance from the accommodation.

I am used to good firm bed and this one was too soft for me.
