Die sehr ruhige Lage, wir konnten super schlafen! Fußläufig alles gut erteichbar: das Zentrum , sehr nah der Supermarkt, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Sehenswürdigkeiten...... Es wurde an alles bei der Ausstattung gedacht- ganz toll!! Vom Stadtplan, Küchenausdtattung, Handtücher.....

Es gab nichts.

Friendly and accommodative host. Nicely furnished apartment. Nice location. Close to a bus stop. An Albert Heijn store nearby. Best of all, very close to the wonderful Haagse Bos.

Struttura accogliente e host super gentile e familiare. L’appartamento è molto bello e ben fornito. Ho amato molto la Terrazza. È stato bello soggiornare in una struttura tipica olandese.

The apartment is spacious and there is a balcony. The owners are very nice. The checkout process is only by dropping the key on the way out without any interaction with the owners, which made it fast and easy for us to leave.

My partner complained about the noise (I had earplugs, so I didn't). Yet, the noise of the neighbors moving was really high through out the day, so the isolation is nonexistent. We informed them that we are checking in between 1-2 PM instead of at 2 PM in multiple ways, through booking questions and in messages. We arrived at 1:25 PM and the owners were still cleaning the apartment and they needed to cut it short, hence, the apartment wasn't cleaned properly. It wasn't a big problem for us, as we understood what happened. Yet, I wouldn't recommend an early checkin. The stairs are very narrow and steep, so you need to be careful climbing them with luggage.

Excellent location, a 5-minute walk from the tram stop (Oostinje) and very close (3 minutes) to the Albert Heijn supermarket. The apartment is nice and comfortable, equipped with heating. Since I arrived very early, Ellie was kind enough to allow an early check-in. Coffee, tea, sugar, and milk are included, as well as everything needed for cooking and dining. The view of the inner garden is also lovely.

The spiral staircase is small and extremely steep, making it difficult to reach the third floor even with a carry-on suitcase. The floor feels very thin and shakes when walking on it. The dishes and pans weren't very clean, but there was everything needed to wash them yourself. The furniture seems low-quality, the owners live in the same building, and while WiFi is available, it was rather slow. The radiators initially didn’t work, and I had to bleed them, while the showerhead leaks due to a missing gasket. Both signs that maintenance could be improved.
