The owner Lyn lived on site and was wonderfully helpful. The flat was very cosy with everything one would want to have a good break. It was roomy enough for the two of us.

We specifically booked this cottage as we thought it had views of the water and hills. While not spoiling our time there we were somewhat disappointed that there wasn’t a harbour or hills view.

Well-placed near the centre of Tobermory. Comfortable and cosy. Great beds and good facilities throughout. Lynn is a very friendly host who caters for everything, and if needed offers good advice on all aspects of the area and more generally about Mull

Couldn't be better....everything was perfect. a washer/drier would perhaps be preferable to a dishwasher for many, but this didn't affect us as we were staying near family in any case and the weather wasn't too bad.

The accommodation was perfect. It has everything you need for a holiday

Lynn’s flat was absolutely lovely - it was the perfect base for enjoying Tobermory and the beautiful Isle of Mull. The flat was immaculately clean and incredibly cosy, perfect for us and our two young boys. We had a really great stay there, and Lynn was the absolute perfect host - extremely friendly, kind, and informative. We look forward to going back.

That we couldn’t stay longer!

The location was awesome. The host was very attentive and proactive in asking questions and providing suggestions for our holiday. We felt pampered and enjoyed our visit.

This is a wonderful flat to stay in tobermory, the flat is spotless clean, very warm and comfortable with all the utensils you need.The cosy rooms with lots of personal touches are perfect and made our stay very enjoyable and watching the stars whilst laying in bed was class.The host Lynn is very welcoming and helpful and has plenty knowledge and advice on anything about mull.The views from the front gate over tobermory harbour are at times magical. All in all we had an excellent stay in the best flat on mull and look forward to returning in the near future 👌 thank you Lynn 😁
