"Other branches around the city which might be nicer location."

Clean, good kitchen space.

I didn’t look carefully enough: the kitchen is shared with upstairs rooms and our bathroom was through the kitchen so not very private. Located in the red light district - girly bars with explicit photos down the street. Above a bar where a tone-deaf man sang karaoke at around 11 each night but not for long.
