Lovely location.. comfortable bed..

Extremely spartan substandard furnishings.. and storage..the only fan in the room barely moved any air no matter which of 5 settings it was on so the room was too hot to sleep well in.. the big box fan that was then brought in and would only fit in the 1 room electrical outlet and on the one chair leaving nowhere else to sit was so strong(and super noisy) that I got sick with a deep cough and sore throat that remained the rest of my stay in MEXICO(defeating the reason for my vacation which was to RESTORE MY health) the bathroom towels were covered with old stain marks and a total of 3 hangars for clothing for a weeks stay?!! After getting sick I had to find other lodging options,which I did..and were much better ...however Gloria the manager (or owner?) demonstrated zero compassion and refused to refund monies paid or take any responsibility for the the above issues or for the rudeness of her staff person Iberia who on my first day of holiday there sent me a lengthy text literally blaming me for a paper coffee cup someone ELSE had left on the public patio and for bringing a plastic chair from the pool area onto their beach area. Wow! What hotel service! So in summary..This place was an extreme disappointment nowhere near the 9.3 rating of booking.com that made my decision to stay there..SO is way overpriced for the quality it offers. They seem to be getting away with all this because of their wonderful and beautiful oceanfront location. The only truly nice thing about this place for me! I had absolutely stunning beachfront accommodations that were impeccably furnished right after this which showed me a huge difference between quality of lodging and staff all in one area! Lastly if you are noise sensitive like me make sure yiu don't get put next to the guest kitchen. Its quite well used by longterm guests and you hear all the conversations and cooking noise! This place was a BUST!

Gloria (the host) was friendly, helpful and funny. The bed was comfortable and the outdoor shower was really nice. The communal kitchen and refrigerator was a nice touch. You could cook meals, if you wanted. The layout of the property was perfect.

The room needed a dresser.
