Totally independent apartment near NTNU,Lerkendal and Center

Excellent location near a bus stop with regular buses into Trondheim city centre and free parking Bathroom was a good size and a good shower

As this was a basement apartment, you could hear someone running up and down the stairs. It sounded so loud that it seemed as if they were going to come into the apartment.

Very quiet and at the same time close to public transport. Less than 10 min by bus to city centre.

The host was easily contacted and was accommodating. As per the pictures provided, the flat comprised two rooms (kitchen/dining/living room and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed) and a shower-room/toilet. There was also a microwave oven in the kitchen. Soap was provided for one's hands in the shower-room and for the dishes in the kitchen. A big and a small towel were provided for each visitor. We ended up using the small ones for hands in one room and for the dishes in the other. There was a squeegee in the shower, a clotheshorse which fitted right in the shower enclosure and a broom and dustpan which came in handy. It is mostly below ground level but with windows bringing in daylight except for the shower-room. They can be opened tilting and flapping as well. There's a bus stop close-by going downtown and a supermarket nearby. You can easily walk downtown too if you have time to spare. We did not have any issue with the wifi connection. In case of need, a carport was available.

We would have liked to have a couple of dish towels but it worked out with the ones that were provided. We did not really know which bin to use for what, if the waste needed sorting. We did use the broom to clean the nooks and crannies a bit. Note that there was no television but we did not need one and would not have used it anyway.
