Despite other reviews commenting on the lack of noise insulation between this apartment and the one above, this does not seem to have been addressed sufficiently - if at all (not even rugs or anything on the floor above (run by the same agency) to soften the footfalls?). Anyone in this appartment has the constant noise all the time the people in the apartment above are in and awake. We were unfortunate to have early risers above us during our stay, so got a 6am wake up (or earlier) and who were very active moving around. Not what you want on holiday, so we won’t be staying there again, and until the insulation problem is properly addressed, we would not recommend anyone else stays there either.

The location is great and close to town centre and Mylnan convenience store. Also, it is close to the ferry and the bus terminal. Plus it is walking distance to the Chinese restaurant Seven and it is next to bakery store.

Cleanliness of the apartment could be a bit better. Found some coffee powder in the utensils drawer and fluff on the floor. Could also provide iron and ironing board for longer stays. Just like previous feedback from other guests - no cereal bowl. Had to improvise by eating cereal from a cup.

Really nice apartment, very clean and had everything you would need. Great location, good amenities (big fridge, nearby parking, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen well stocked) easy check in and check out.

The shower curtain needs to be updated as it had mould along the bottom and didn’t smell good.

This was one of the cheapest accommodations in Tórshavn (early April 2025). The staff is helpful and very responsive to messages. The apartment was comfy, clean and well decorated. It is located very close to the bus and ferry terminals and also just next to a very nice bakery and a small grocery shop.

The kitchen as not much equipment. There was no soup bowls for example. So don't buy cereals nor instant noodles like we did. ^^" The sound proofing is not really good. You can hear the neighbours walking upstairs and the cars driving in the street. Better bring some earplugs.
