Sea & Greens Apartments

Good location, great facilities, and incredible hosts! Very good value, two nights during our stay the hosts made us a Sri Lankan dinner that was absolutely delicious!

Nothing comes to mind, got an entire 2 bedroom apartment for 2 people!

1. У ванній кімнаті після прийняття вами душа на полу постійно вода, бо стік води не працює і вам, після кожного прийняття душа, треба шваброю зганяти усю воду у стік. 2. Вам можуть відключити воду, мотивуючи це тім, що ви забагато приймаєте душ. Нам відключили воду увечері і ми до самого ранку не мали можливості користатися туалетом. Після того як пішли сваритися з господарями, вони знову ввімкнули воду. 3. Вас можуть обманути з ціною. Наприклад - ми заселилися, але помітили що немає пультів від кондиціонерів, господарка нам сказала що - "кондиціонери нові, тому давайте за 2 пульта (2 кімнати) доплату у 3000 рупій, за весь час перебування. Але, коли ми виїжджали, господарь нам добавив за користуванням кондиціонера 6000 рупій. Будьте уважні, вони будуть знімати з вас більше грошей, чим ставить вам Букінг (орієнтовно + $20)

Hôte adorable, ils nous ont préparés un des meilleurs repas de notre voyage et sont toujours attentif au moindre détail pour notre confort. Le logement est parfait également.

Very kind a helpful host

Non functioning AC

We had a very big apartment with everything we needed - our own kitchen and a shower with hot water. We even had our own table on which we could work very well. Everything was very clean and the hosts were super friendly. It is very well located - it’s in walking distance to the beach and the touristy-areas but perfectly quiet at night. We loved our stay there and would recommend the apartments to everybody - we really hope to come back one day!

Excellent apartment where there is everything for a comfortable life, very kind owners who will help you in everything, I highly recommend this accommodation! There is a fridge kitchen hob washing machine, very comfortable and good location!

A little noisy. Location is near big road

The apartment is on the second floor of the house and has a lot of space. Supermarkets, fishmarket, ATM and the beach are within the walking distance. Hosts were very nice and prepared local shri lankan food for us.

All the problems we had were immediately solved

The guests prepared dinner when wanted. They were always asking if we need anything. They also bought food for us and cooked Sri Lankan food.

We would appreciate a couch. And it’s a little noisy from the road.
