La struttura, situata in un punto strategico per raggiungere le più belle cittadine della regione, un intero appartamento di 150 metri quadri di una casa indipendente con tutto il necessario. Il contesto, l'Umbria potrebbe essere sicuramente un polmone d'Italia per la sua vasta vegetazione tutto molto curato e pulito. L'accoglienza, la famiglia Cottoni si distingue per simpatia, disponibilità e bontà. Per gli amanti della natura è un posto ideale, affacciarsi da una delle numerose finestre della casa e vedere caprette, pecore, papere, galline e pavoni non ha prezzo per chi abituato a vivere in città affollate. Ringrazio di cuore Domenico per la sua grande generosità.

I was able to spend time with a wonderful family and animals. There was a parking lot and a supermarket nearby, so it was convenient. Thank you very much.

The house is large, fully equipped, beautifully situated in the bosom of nature and surrounded by animals, and enriched with a private relaxation space. The convenient location of the facility is also a great base for exploring Umbria. Breakfasts are plentiful and varied with local meats and cheeses, and an additional advantage is the well-stocked Conad store run by the owners. An additional advantage is the availability of the host, who is always willing to help. An ideal place where you can experience the atmosphere of a small Italian town. We were travelling with kids and they just loved the animals: they have goats, hens, peacocks, a dog, cats and many more. They could pet and feed them! The owner is really friendly and helpful, he gave us tips for dining out and for non conventional trips nearby that we enjoyed. The apartment is very spacious and confortable.

Everything was perfect, if I had to pick something, I missed a salad bowl in the kitchen that was otherwise well equipped:)

Domenico was very hospitable, prompt and responsive before and during out stay. Very comfortable property.

Recommend bigger bath towels for guests

Domenico is a wonderful host, he contacted me way ahead of time, asked me what we wanted for breakfast, was of outmost warmth and hospitality. The house is huge and perfect for a family stay: a parking lot, a kitchen, 3 rooms, a huge living room and a nice kitchen, all worth it. The location is great if you want to visit Assisi, Perugia, Spello ecc, but prefer to stay in a countryside. Me and my two kids, we were really comfy and pleased with the whole stay! Thank you.

Extremely kind host and spoke excellent English. Very comfy bed, easy WiFi access, and great breakfast =) Also on-site parking, easy to find, right off the main road. Walking distance to a supermarket.
