"Ugodno, mirno, opuštajuće, sretno jer je Varaždin prekrasan stari hrvatski barokni grad."

Čistoća, urednost, uređenje interijera, udobnost, mir i tišina te smještaj apartmana u slijepoj kratkoj ulici bez bučnog prometa. Apartmani često nemaju rolete, a ovaj ima i prostorije se mogu 100 % zamračiri.
