The location is close proximity to the center of Vela Luka, walking distance to the port. What made our stay extraordinary was the hospitality of the host, Jakica and her son. She is readily available when we needed something, and has really good recommendations of restaurants and nearby beaches. We went to most restaurants she recommended which are all walking distance to the property and all of them were delicious without breaking the bank. Jakica also made us feel at home, gave us free breakfast of Croatian delicacy (dried fish with the sweetest tomatoes and capers) and sent us off with homemade soap. She has made our stay in Vela Luka one we will not forget. Thank you!

Very good location in a quiet street, overlooking a church square. Window has excellent noise insulation, ensuring you are not bothered by the events taking place on the square or church bells. Studio is perfect for two people, well equipped and super clean. Extra plus is a small shaded patio/balcony with two chairs. The hostess Jakica is kind, responsive and always available. Would definitely choose this place again.

Some might be bothered by weak wifi/internet connection, but we used our mobile data which has full 4G coverage in the apartment.

The location was so close to the center of town and marina.

The Wifi and air conditioner did not work - it was SO HOT in the room and you couldn’t have the windows open because of the mosquitoes. Also, the parking was very tricky because of the tiny roads. Unless you have a scooter, or the son who lives there to help you park, I would suggest not having a car. Also, the owner dis not have WhatsApp and it was impossible to contact her. I had to ask a local neighbor walking down the street to help me find the apartment.

Great location, very close to restaurants, shops and supermarket as well as walking distance to car hire and ferry.

Amazing hostess who was so friendly and welcoming. The location of this fabulous apartment could not have been better - tucked away in a quiet street yet just yards from the seafront. Had everything we needed. The owner even gave us some of her handmade soap.
